NorAishah has more than 23 years of experience in the fund management industry. She graduated from Western Michigan University U.S.A. with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Studies. Prior to joining MIDF Amanah Asset Management in July2020, she was the Head of Investment at Valuecap Sdn Bhd, primarily responsible for managing Valuecap’s investment portfolio over the span of 15 years since2004. She was a scholar of the Employees Provident Fund and had served the esteemed organization for more than nine years prior to joining Valuecap.
Shareena brings over a decade of expertise to her role as Director of Fixed Income at MIDF Amanah Asset Management, specializing in the management of fixed income and money market instruments. Her career began in 2011 as an associate in the Treasury unit at Valuecap. Over the years, she has honed her skills at prominent institutions, including the VCAP Asset Managers Sdn Bhd, Securities Commission and CGS-CIMB Securities. Prior to her tenure at MIDF Amanah, Shareena had served at PERKESO, where she managed its fixed income portfolio and spearheaded the establishment of the Repurchase Agreement (REPO) desk within the fixed income unit. In addition to her technical expertise, Shareena offers extensive experience in institutional marketing and client servicing, which will be an invaluable asset to clients.
Suhir holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, with nearly ten years of experience across investment, oil and gas, education, and manufacturing industries. He began his career as a market researcher before transitioning to a project engineer role in the oil and gas sector. Later, he entered the education field as an educator. Suhir's investment industry journey started four years ago as an equity analyst, overseeing sectors like rubber gloves, plantation, petrochemicals, and fuel marketing. Prior to joining MIDF Amanah Asset Management, he worked as a fund manager, co-managing several Islamic unit trusts and wholesale funds. He obtained his Capital Market Services Representative’s License from the Securities Commission in February 2019.
